Job Summary
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for preschool through third grade while creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment. Assess student progress to adapt teaching methods and utilize technology to enhance learning experiences. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development, maintain a safe and organized classroom, and foster social-emotional learning. Participate in professional development and training opportunities. Join Little Stages LLC's SOMA school district preschool program in South Orange, NJ, starting in the fall.
Required Qualifications
- P-3 certification from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in early childhood education
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of students and families
- Creative and adaptable teaching style with a passion for education
- Proficient in using educational technology and resources
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development
