Preschool Teachers Aide (Seagull Schools, Honolulu)

Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing educational activities, lessons, and materials while maintaining NAEYC Accreditation Standards and DHS Child Care Licensing Hawaii Administrative Rules. Support individualized student needs through mealtime preparations, nap-time care, and classroom organization including cleaning, sanitizing, and toileting. Monitor student behavior, enforce school policies, and document progress to foster a safe, respectful learning environment. Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents to support learning objectives.
