Job Summary
Lead the Toddler classroom using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum by mentoring Assistant Teachers, partnering with families, and supporting toddlers in developing communication, independence, and social-emotional skills. Create an engaging environment where children feel safe, confident, and excited to learn every day. Full-time position with a competitive salary of $20–$24 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- BA, AA in Early Childhood Education, CDA, or High School Diploma with five years of early childhood experience
- Must meet New York licensing requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Lead Teacher experience preferred
