Preschool Teacher

Partner with classroom teachers to create a welcoming, engaging space for children to learn, play, and grow. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers while maintaining a safe, nurturing environment. Use a growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning. Communicate regularly with parents via mobile apps and personal discussions to share children's achievements. Support center goals around enrollment and engagement by building strong relationships with families and coworkers. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, ECE coursework preferred, and compliance with state-specific guidelines. Flexible schedule and paid continuing education are available.
