Job Summary
Lead a preschool classroom using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum to promote early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development. Create a structured, nurturing environment while observing and documenting developmental progress. Partner with families through regular communication and collaborate with center leadership. Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with health, dental, and vision benefits. Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required; associate's degree preferred.
