Job Summary
Preschool Teacher responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschoolers; implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters; build relationships with families and colleagues to foster a dynamic play-and-learn environment; communicate children's progress with parents through mobile apps and discussions; demonstrate genuine passion for early childhood education; meet the role's experience and education requirements; participate in ongoing training, professional development, and leadership pathways; maintain compliance with state licensing and deliver a comprehensive early education experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
- One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- State licensing requirements for the role
