Job Summary
Lead engaging preschool classroom activities using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum to foster early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development. Create a safe, nurturing, and organized environment where you guide children through daily routines, learning centers, outdoor play, and transitions. Observe developmental progress and communicate regularly with families while collaborating with center leadership to maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations. Requires Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification and previous classroom experience. Full-time Monday–Friday schedule with competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous preschool classroom experience
- Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education
- CPR and First Aid certification
