Preschool Teacher

Lead daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities for children ages 3–5, focusing on kindergarten readiness, early literacy, math readiness, and problem-solving development. Create a safe, organized, and engaging environment while guiding students through learning centers, meals, and transitions to encourage positive social interaction and independence. Communicate regularly with families regarding progress and collaborate with the teaching team to maintain a supportive classroom culture. Adhere to Virginia childcare licensing and safety requirements throughout the role.
