Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of professional childcare or teaching experience (1 year preferred)
- Associate’s degree in Early Childhood, Child Development or related field; or a Child Development Associate Credential or other Office-recognized credential specific to the preschool developmental period; and one year of experience related to caring for children; or 9 college credits in Early Childhood, Child Development or a related field with plan of study leading to Credential or Associate’s degree; and two years of experience related to caring for children
- Toddler Lead: either an Associate’s degree with relevant experience, or appropriate Credential (e.g., Infant/Toddler Child Care and Education Credential or CDA), and two years of experience; or other specified combinations as listed
