Job Summary
Lead engaging preschool classroom activities using The Learning Experience's proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum to foster early literacy, math, science, creativity, and social-emotional development. Create a safe, nurturing environment where you guide children through daily routines, learning centers, outdoor play, and transitions while observing developmental progress and communicating regularly with families. Collaborate with fellow educators and center leadership to provide exceptional early childhood education while maintaining compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and health and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Previous preschool classroom experience
- Strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practices
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Associate's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education
- CPR and First Aid certification
