Preschool Teacher

Partner with classroom teachers to create a welcoming, engaging space for children to learn, play, and grow. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers while maintaining consistent, individualized care. Establish a safe, nurturing environment that fosters a love of learning and build strong relationships with families through regular updates via mobile apps and personal discussions. Support center goals around enrollment and engagement by collaborating with leadership and staff. Maintain a compassionate, growth mindset to develop young minds. This role requires a High School Diploma/ GED, ECE coursework is preferred, and candidates must meet state-specific guidelines. Flexible schedule and paid continuing education are available.
