Job Summary
Lead a preschool classroom using The Learning Experience's L.E.A.P. Curriculum to promote early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional development. Create a structured, nurturing, and engaging environment while observing and documenting developmental progress. Partner with families through regular communication and collaborate with teachers and center leadership. Maintain compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations. This role supports children in building kindergarten readiness through meaningful, play-based education at The Learning Experience – Franklin.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification
- EEC Certified
Desired Qualifications
- Previous preschool teaching experience
- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education
