Job Summary
Lead the preschool classroom and maintain a nurturing, developmentally appropriate learning environment using The Learning Experience’s play-based curriculum to support social, emotional, and academic growth. Foster strong partnerships with families through daily communication and progress updates. Collaborate with assistant teachers and center leadership to uphold high-quality teaching standards and ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations for preschool classrooms. MA EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required; Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred; CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Weekday schedule with no nights or weekends; opportunities for training and career advancement.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification required
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting (1+ year preferred)
