Job Summary
Preschool Teacher at The Learning Experience responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for preschool children. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters, build relationships with families and colleagues, and communicate children’s progress to parents via mobile apps and discussions. The role emphasizes helping children learn, play, grow, and thrive, with opportunities for ongoing training and professional development, tuition reimbursement, and leadership pathways. Requires 1 year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or 6 months (required) and an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (preferred) or a high school diploma/GED (required). There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.
