Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher responsible for creating a welcoming classroom and engaging environment for young children, implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, using a growth mindset to foster learning, communicating with families about children’s progress, supporting enrollment and engagement goals, and collaborating with center staff to create a thriving, safe, and nurturing setting where play and learning occur seamlessly.
Required Qualifications
- Six months of professional teaching experience (required)
- One year of professional teaching experience (preferred)
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)
