Job Summary
Support daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities in a structured environment focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and social-emotional development. Implement developmentally appropriate experiences that encourage early literacy and math readiness; create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom; guide children through learning centers, transitions, and group activities; encourage positive classroom participation and social interaction; communicate regularly with families regarding updates and developmental progress; follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies. Ideal candidates have Preschool experience and strong communication skills; CDA is preferred but not required. This role offers a full-time, Monday–Friday schedule with a competitive hourly wage and benefits.
