Job Summary
Design and implement daily age-appropriate curriculum while supervising classroom activities to ensure child safety. Facilitate ongoing observations and child evaluations, and build positive relationships with families by conducting parent conferences. Uphold YMCA values of caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility while modeling active, healthy living standards. Navigate challenging conversations and mediate conflict to maintain a nurturing environment in a loud, active setting. Work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM in a dynamic classroom designed to foster early learning and social development.
