Job Summary
Maintain a peaceful, engaging Montessori environment for children ages 3–6 while supporting their independence, confidence, and concentration. Guide respectful interactions and observe each child's development through documentation. Communicate professionally with families, colleagues, and school leadership while partnering with an experienced Head of School to strengthen Montessori practice. Gradually assume additional leadership responsibilities in preparation for leading your own classroom.
Required Qualifications
- At least 12 Early Childhood Education units
