Job Summary
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children while implementing age-appropriate lesson plans provided by leadership. Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe learning space and communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community. Support individual learning needs and encourage social and emotional growth through ongoing professional development. Work a 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. shift at Primrose School of West Orange, utilizing their Balanced Learning curriculum within a joyful, high-quality facility.
Required Qualifications
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for nurturing and educating young children
