Job Summary
Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for preschool-aged children while implementing age-appropriate lesson plans. Manage classroom behavior to ensure a safe learning space and support individual learning needs to encourage social and emotional growth. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 6:00 pm with no nights or weekends. Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge. Required Qualifications
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- 2-year degree in early childhood or related field preferred
