Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Preschool Teacher who will create a nurturing learning environment for children. The candidate will plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development, collaborate with parents, engage children to foster positive behavior, and maintain a clean learning space. Ideal qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, and two years of experience in childcare, along with strong skills in child development and communication.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum two years of experience working in a structured childcare setting
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Must pass a background check and meet state licensing requirements

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
