Job Summary
Lead a class of students through the school year by following a comprehensive Montessori curriculum and teaching beginning reading and math skills. Assess students' skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones while assisting children with developing social and emotional skills. Use a range of instructional methods and learning techniques to create an engaging classroom environment, communicating regularly with parents and other school personnel. Maintain a safe and sanitary space by adhering to classroom health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
