Job Summary
Lead Preschool Teacher in a Hawaiian Culture-Based program. Responsibilities include delivering and modeling high-quality early childhood instruction, implementing integrated and interdisciplinary curricula, differentiating and personalizing instruction to meet diverse learners, conducting authentic assessment, and engaging families and stakeholders to support student growth. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Demonstrated knowledge of age-appropriate instructional strategies and ability to differentiate/personalize instruction
- Ability to collaborate with families, staff, and school administration to support student learning
- Experience or capability in applying Hawaiian culture-based education approaches and curriculum
- Willingness to teach and lead in a preschool setting with a strong focus on foundational learning
