Job Summary
Preschool/Infant/Toddler/After-School Teacher roles in our nationally accredited Early Care and Education program. Responsibilities include creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment; implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum; maintaining attendance, food program compliance, developmental milestones, and accident reports; communicating with parents about daily activities and progress; applying positive behavior management techniques (Conscious Discipline); collaborating with co-teachers and leadership to ensure student success. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool (preferred, but not required — we provide training)
- Ability to engage positively with children, families, and co-workers
- Physical ability to bend, stoop, and move quickly with active children
- For after-school teachers: Valid Texas driver’s license and willingness to drive a mini bus
