Job Summary
As a Preschool (Head Start) Teacher, you will facilitate developmentally appropriate activities, implement curriculum, manage daily classroom activities, arrange and maintain equipment and materials, and communicate with families about children’s development and progress. You will complete required forms/records accurately and participate in pre-service, in-service, and mandatory training to meet EEC and Head Start requirements. The role requires an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, Massachusetts EEC Preschool certification (agency certification offered if needed), and 1-2 years of preschool classroom experience. Strong interpersonal/communication skills are essential, with bilingual applicants encouraged. Work schedule is Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with an 8-hour shift between 7:30 am and 5:30 pm. Required Qualifications
