Job Summary
Join Humble Hearts Academy as a full-time Preschool Teacher responsible for creating lesson plans, delivering curriculum, and nurturing children from 6 weeks to 5 years. Seeking candidates who love children, are creative and proactive, and ready to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Pass a background check
- Proof of Immunizations (MMR, TDaP) as required by Community Care Licensing
- Physical Exam as required by Community Care Licensing
- Negative TB test
- 12 ECE units OR minimum of 6 ECE units and currently enrolled in ECE courses including infant toddler course
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience
- CPR & First Aid certification
- Ability to work between the hours of 7 am-6 pm Monday thru Friday
- Must be willing to change diapers and potty train
- Ability to stand up and sit on the ground for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- AA in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Customer service and/or small-business service experience preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required
