Job Summary
We are looking for passionate preschool teachers to join our team and inspire children through our play-based curriculum. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and participating in age-appropriate activities to promote intellectual, physical, emotional, and social development; preparing children for kindergarten; assisting with daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time; and maintaining open communication with parents using our classroom-management tools. Teachers may assist Lead Teachers in classroom management or fulfill requests from the Assistant Director or Director. This is an on-site, Liberty Township, OH role with full-time and part-time opportunities; compensation ranges from $10.00 to $16.00 per hour based on region, education, and experience. Requirements include being 18+, having a high school diploma or GED, and knowledge of childcare licensing guidelines is helpful.
