Job Summary
Assist with daily preschool classroom routines and learning activities for children ages 3–5 in a structured classroom focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and social-emotional development. Support developmentally appropriate experiences and classroom centers; help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom; guide children through transitions, meals, and group activities; encourage positive classroom participation and social interaction; communicate professionally with families and teaching team members; follow Michigan childcare licensing requirements and center policies. Qualifications include prior childcare experience; CDA preferred but not required; strong communication and teamwork skills; reliable, nurturing, and professional approach.
