Preschool Teacher Assistant

Support children ages 3–5 in a structured preschool classroom focused on kindergarten readiness, confidence, and social-emotional development. Assist with daily preschool routines and learning activities, maintain a safe and organized classroom environment, guide children through transitions, meals, and group activities, and communicate professionally with families and teaching team members. Qualifications include prior childcare experience, strong communication and teamwork skills, and compliance with Michigan childcare licensing requirements; CDA preferred but not required.
