Conduct structured play, art, and learning activities with young children while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Assist the Lead Teacher in setting up and resetting learning centers, prepare snacks following state health guidelines, and serve as a familiar face for families during drop-off and pick-up. Participate in staff meetings and paid training to build skills, ensuring all interactions with kids and families remain confidential and respectful.
