Preschool Teacher Assistant

Assist with implementing the Educare Model early learning curriculum and support lesson planning; provide a dual language learning environment and develop learning experiences across literacy, language, math, science, social studies, physical education, fine arts, and social-emotional development; help with home visits and parent conferences; contribute to documentation portfolios and assessment records; support transitions from preschool to kindergarten; participate in staff trainings and meetings; maintain a safe, healthy, developmentally appropriate classroom; assist with IEPs and required forms; collaborate with the teaching team to plan, organize, and implement responsibilities; bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred; strong emphasis on developmentally appropriate practices and collaboration within a diverse team.
