Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children at Village Green Day School. Monitor student progress and development while fostering a harmonious environment where children and staff thrive. Collaborate with teachers across various classrooms to promote holistic growth. This part-time role offers a $500 hiring bonus, competitive pay between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour, and childcare tuition discounts. A High School diploma is required, with a CDA and one year of childcare experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center
- 1 yr experience with multiple age groups from infant to age 5
- State-specific requirements
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
