Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of students at all times. Monitor children's progress and create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. Collaborate with teachers across various classrooms to foster a positive learning experience that supports the holistic development of infants through age 5. This part-time role offers a $500 hiring bonus, competitive pay between $17.00 and $19.00 per hour, and benefits including childcare tuition discounts and career development programs. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center
- 1 yr experience with multiple age groups from infant to age 5
- State-specific requirements
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
Desired Qualifications
- CDA preferred
