Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children at Village Green Day School. Monitor each child's progress and development while fostering a harmonious environment for students and staff. Collaborate with classroom teachers across various settings to promote holistic growth. This part-time role offers a $500 hiring bonus, competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, and access to childcare tuition discounts and career development programs. As part of Endeavor Schools' 100+ school network, you will work with diverse age groups from infant to age 5, supported by resources for educators to thrive.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center
- 1 yr experience with multiple age groups from infant to age 5
- State-specific requirements
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
Desired Qualifications
- CDA preferred
