Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times while monitoring their progress and development. Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. Collaborate with teachers across various classrooms to promote the holistic development of students. This part-time Support Childcare Teacher/Floater role offers a $500 hiring bonus, competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, and benefits including childcare tuition discounts and career development programs. Work with Endeavor Schools, a family managing over 100 schools nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma
- 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center
- 1 yr experience with multiple age groups from infant to age 5
- State-specific requirements
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members
- The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education
Desired Qualifications
- CDA preferred
