Job Summary
Conduct high-energy, age-appropriate sports lessons for preschool-aged children across multiple schools in the greater Charlotte area, introducing fundamentals of soccer, basketball, and football through engaging games. Travel to different daycares and elementary schools daily, carrying equipment and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment while incorporating nutrition and fitness education. Lead structured drills and maintain consistent child safety and well-being throughout the day. Various shifts Monday-Friday between 8:45 AM and 4:45 PM with a consistent schedule after initial training. Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a car to travel to different locations and carry equipment in.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a passion for sports and child development.
- Ability to connect with children of different ages and maintain their engagement
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic instructional environment.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience working with young children in a teaching or coaching capacity is highly preferred.
