Job Summary
Assist program specialists in supervising Kids' Club Leads and ensure the safe, smooth operation of the site. Create a caring, inclusive environment where every child feels safe, included, and encouraged to grow. Work alongside staff and families to support each child's journey within the Little Kids Club Program. This role supports Edina Public Schools' mission of excellence and inclusion for over 8,500 diverse student learners across its early learning center and school pathways.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma (or equivalent)
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Willingness to obtain CPR, First Aid, Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI), and DHS Certification upon hire or within six months of employment
- Strong communication skills
- Teamwork skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to stay adaptable
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
