Preschool Recreation Leader

Lead fun, safe classes for up to 12 children ages 2-6, following a weekly curriculum focused on motor skills and character development. Arrive 15 minutes early to set up equipment, engage each child individually, and manage class rosters and equipment. Attend team meetings and trainings while providing post-session feedback to ensure every session remains engaging and impactful. This role offers flexible hours with no minimum session requirement, a direct path to lead coach status, and performance bonuses.
