Job Summary
Preschool Quality Assurance Specialist monitors Head Start/Early Head Start compliance at assigned sites, conducts education file and licensing reviews, supports ERSEA and social services functions, provides CLASS observations for teaching staff, assists staff with resources and training, analyzes reports for continuous quality improvements, and contributes to HQ planning and documentation to maintain Head Start standards.
Required Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Social Services, Early Childhood Education OR Early Childhood Development; OR Business Administration with relevant experience related to Head Start Operations.
- Requires two years of experience working in a social services or education management or specialist position.
- Bilingual preferred: English/Spanish or English and other languages present in the local area.
- Successful completion of a Level II background screening, local criminal record check and drug screening prior to hiring.
