Job Summary
Join Active Learning Centers as a Part-Time Teacher in our Preschool/Pre K program. Responsible for employing a variety of educational techniques to enhance children's learning experiences. Candidates must foster children's social competencies and self-esteem while ensuring a safe and engaging environment. Daily tasks include planning outdoor play, maintaining a clean classroom, and collaborating with parents and staff. Ideal applicants will have teaching experience, a strong understanding of child development, and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- Clear background check
Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Teacher (Pre School experience is a plus)
- Excellent understanding of the principles of child development
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
