Preschool Music Teacher - Part Time

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate music activities for preschool-aged children, introducing concepts like rhythm, melody, and tempo through hands-on experiences with instruments and movement. Provide classroom coverage during breaks, planning periods, and absences while assisting teachers with transitions, centers, and student supervision. Organize, decorate, and maintain the learning environment, ensuring materials are set up, cleaned, and stored appropriately. Collaborate with other teachers and administration to integrate music with seasonal themes and prepare students for informal performances or chapel. Submit purchase and reimbursement requests for supplies and activities, and attend monthly faculty meetings and required school events. Model Christ-like character and uphold school policies while building genuine relationships with students and parents.
