Job Summary
Seeking an enthusiastic Lead Teacher for a private Christian preschool, responsible for managing the classroom and coordinating educational activities for young children.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of professional child care experience
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Must clear full background check with fingerprinting
Desired Qualifications
- TCC, CDA, or Associate's Degree in early childhood education or related field of study preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- High energy and the ability to work well with others
- Strong understanding of child development
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills
