Lead Preschool Teacher to helm a structured classroom in a licensed daycare setting. Responsibilities include leading or co-leading a preschool classroom, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum and lesson plans, supporting early literacy, math, and social-emotional development, maintaining a safe and organized environment, tracking developmental progress and classroom documentation, and communicating professionally with families. Collaboration with administration and team members to uphold high standards and ensure kindergarten readiness, with emphasis on structure, routine, and accountability.
Required Qualifications
- CDA (Preschool)
- Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program
- Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education
