Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor co-teachers in your classroom while modeling behaviors and providing feedback. Manage overall classroom operations to maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to support individual child development and communicate regularly with parents via apps and personal discussions. Build strong relationships with families and coworkers to foster seamless play and learning. Partner with center staff and leadership to achieve enrollment and engagement goals. Requires 1+ years of professional teaching experience, a high school diploma, and CPR/First Aid certification.
