Job Summary
Lead Teachers implement the LEAP Curriculum® with infants, toddlers, and/or preschool children, model best practices, provide feedback to peers, manage safe and nurturing classrooms, communicate with families about children’s progress, and collaborate with center staff to achieve enrollment and engagement goals. Responsibilities include coaching less experienced teachers, maintaining developmentally appropriate practices, building relationships with families, and partnering with leadership to support center success. Requires at least six months of professional teaching experience (one year preferred) and an associate degree or higher in ECE or related field (12 ECE units required). CPR/First Aid certification is preferred. State-specific guidelines must be met.
