Job Summary
Preschool Lead Teacher needed at our Kresgeville location for a full-time, 12-month role. Candidates will manage a classroom of 18 three- and four-year-olds with an assistant, prioritizing safety and kindness, facilitating developmentally appropriate activities, and supporting social-emotional development. Responsibilities include diapering/toileting assistance as needed, parent communication, child assessments, and parent-teacher conferences. Uses the Creative Curriculum and participates in our Working Parent Program with hours 6:45 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday–Friday. Requires a Bachelors in ECE or related field (Associates considered) and preschool experience; salary is based on experience and education.
