Job Summary
Lead Teacher role at The Learning Experience in Richmond, TX responsible for creating a welcoming classroom, implementing the L.E.A.P. Curriculum with infants to preschoolers, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and communicating with families about children’s growth. Collaborates with center staff to support enrollment and engagement, builds strong relationships with families and coworkers, and contributes to a dynamic learning environment where play and learning happen together. Qualifications include at least 6 months of professional teaching experience, High School Diploma/GED with ECE coursework preferred, and 2+ years of ECE experience; CPR/First Aid preferred; CDA preferred; must meet state guidelines.
