Job Summary
Plan, implement, and administer a Head Start classroom while supervising staff and volunteers in adherence to DEEC and OHS regulations. Mentor, train, and coach assistant teachers through documented supervision meetings to improve scores on CLASS, ECERS, and QRIS tools. Deliver developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports cognitive, social, emotional, and language growth while maintaining a safe, clean, and culturally responsive environment. Conduct bi-monthly and annual evaluations, manage classroom assessments using Cap-60, and coordinate with families through conferences and home visits. Ensure compliance with all program policies, maintain accurate records, and perform related duties as assigned by the Center Manager. Work Monday through Friday from 8am to 4pm.

- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
