Job Summary
Ensure safety and supervision for children ages 6 weeks to 12 years while creating developmentally appropriate curriculum aligned with NAC standards and Arizona Early Learning Standards. Curate programs and activities based on children's interests, maintain a clean environment that permits exploration, and partner with families to create individualized care and education plans. Provide effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress. This full-time role requires a high school diploma, six months of licensed childcare experience, and the ability to work within regular operating hours. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6+ months of experience in a licensed child care facility
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Strong customer service skills
