Job Summary
Preschool Center Director at The Learning Experience responsible for leading the center team, ensuring health and safety compliance, sourcing and developing staff, guiding curriculum implementation, driving enrollment and business performance, managing accounts payable/receivable and monthly P&L, and engaging families through in-person and virtual tours and community events. Role emphasizes leadership in Early Childhood Education, curriculum delivery using proprietary materials, staff development, license compliance, and business operations to support strong family retention and enrollment growth. Required credentials include state Administrative/Director credential and Food Handler Certificate; candidates should have 2+ years of center leadership experience (or 1 year minimum) and a Bachelor's in ECE or related field (highly preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field (highly preferred)
- Hold the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role
- Two or more years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required)
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations
- Food Handler Certificate
- Must have S95 and F07
